The Liberi Ludi newsletter is sent by Liberi Ludi AISBL, the data controller. We process your email on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) RGPD). Our newsletter provider is Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, EU), acting as a processor on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement. Brevo stores your subscription on EU servers; no data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
